ORH is a management consultancy that helps emergency services and public sector organisations use their resources more effectively and improve how they respond to demand. We apply operational research, simulation and data analysis to support decisions on planning, staffing, location and deployment. Our clients include ambulance, fire, police, control rooms and patient transport services in the UK and internationally. Most of our employees are consultants, analysts and programmers who work in project teams, combining technical expertise and practical insight to deliver models, tools and recommendations that support frontline services.
