About us

At TeamSport we operate 35 indoor go karting tracks across the UK. We are a privately owned business, founded in 1992 and have grown significantly over the last 2 years; growing from 25 to 35 tracks via acquisition and building new sites. We are now the largest indoor go karting company in the UK, with over 800 amazing crew members.

In 2019, we had over 1 million visitors to our tracks. All of our tracks are multi-level, with state of the art go karts that enable us to give our customers a safe, unique and exciting driving experience. We have 5 fully electric tracks and 30 petrol/LPG sites. All tracks also have a food/beverage operation and some of our venues include laser tag and crazy golf.

What inspires us

Our values have also been in place for many years and were developed/defined by a selection of crew members .

They form part of our recruitment processes, induction, 1:1's, reward/recognition processes and general communications. They have been pivotal in our success and we continue to ensure we use them to guide our behaviours and decision making.

We believe it really important that we continually refer to our Values at every opportunity and reward and recognise crew members that love and breathe them each day as you will see further on at our annual Values awards.

Word from the top

The welfare and engagement of our crew at TeamSport has always been important to us and we took part in the Best Workplaces™ Programme to gain detailed insight into how our crew felt across a wide range of areas.

We have grown rapidly over the last few years helped by having an amazing culture and we wanted to ensure we can maintain this whilst continuing to focus on making TeamSport an even better place to work.
