. As a family-led organization, we offer very comprehensive and competitive benefits packages designed to support SC Johnson employee’s lives and families. Action highlights

Our HR teams are always looking at ways to enable people to be their best at work while also bringing their whole selves to work. We pride ourselves on the fact that the support we provide employees includes physical and mental well-being. As an example, over the last year we have made mental health a focal point of our well-being agenda. We established a group of Mental Health First Aiders who act as a support to those who may be experiencing difficulties. They are trained to listen without judgement to confidential conversations and sign-post individuals to appropriate support. We also felt it was important for managers to be equipped to recognise symptoms and talk openly with their teams, so we arranged for managers to attend mental health awareness training. It is important to us that each person can thrive in the workplace and we can diminish the stigma around mental health. To support these initiatives, we recently launched our Well-being Room, a private and relaxing space for employees to access our mental health first aiders and also for employees who may need an oasis for meditation or mindfulness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering on our physical and mental health well-being initiatives has never been more important. Every week we communicate our well-being offerings, which include bespoke virtual webinars on mindfulness, Connect Cafés, EAP services, financial well-being and fitness sessions.
