    Working at Blue Sky Day Nursery

    This was our open day at Blue Sky Market Weighton were we celebrated 20 years of being open.
    We hold an annual Christmas party with all three settings and enjoy a night of dressing up and partying.
    We celebrated successes by going out for a meal after the annual Blue Sky Team building day.
    As a team building activity we took the team to do an escape room which allowed them to build trust within their teams.
    This is the Pocklington Blue Sky team out as a group to catch up outside of work, where they had a meal and socialised.
    We celebrate monthly, the staff who go above and beyond, with treats and recognition.
    We not only celebrate the staff we also celebrate the children through graduation for the children going up to school
