AskBio’s UK site, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, plays a key role in advancing our global gene therapy research and development efforts.
Our UK team focuses on discovery‑stage science, working closely with colleagues across the U.S. and Europe to develop investigational gene therapies for serious rare and more common diseases. As part of AskBio, a wholly owned and independently operated subsidiary of Bayer AG, the UK site combines academic‑level scientific rigor with the resources and scale of a global organization.
