The Agora Clinic is a family-run, HFEA-licensed fertility clinic with sites in Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing. Since 2006 we have helped people across Sussex and the South East build their families, through fertility investigations, IUI, IVF and ICSI, egg, sperm and embryo freezing, donor treatment and fertility preservation. We care for couples, single people and LGBTQ+ families alike, and were named Best LGBTQ+ Patient Experience at the 2026 Fertility Care Awards. Our team is small enough that patients are known by name, and that everyone here can see the difference their work makes.
