Blackwell Adventure is a unique Charity for many reasons. Because of its longstanding heritage in supporting and developing young people, it attracts people to work for it that are motivated to contribute with passion and expertise to enable those young people to Be Kind, Be Brave and Be Awesome through outdoor learning. The community feeling that this collective purpose generates creates a rewarding and inspiring place to work, bringing together likeminded individuals to work together with kindness and bravery themselves.
