Hastoe was established over 60 years ago and now manages more than 7,500 rented, shared ownership and leasehold homes, mainly located across the south of England from Devon to Norfolk. Since 1987 we have focused on being a leading rural housing specialist, helping to sustain rural areas by working in partnership with communities to deliver high quality, affordable housing developments for local people. However, we still have properties in urban areas that remain important to us. We have charitable status; any surplus we make is invested in our new and existing homes.
