Allensmore Nurseries

Allensmore is a major supplier of ornamental garden plants to UK retailers. We are a family owned business working across 4 sites all within a 10 minute drive of the head office. We are a very seasonal business with a mix of permanent, seasonal and agency staff. Many of our seasonal staff live on site in one of three caravan sites. We provide modern caravans along with further laundry facilities. We have regular staff reviews, organise training, aim to promote from within when we can and are proud of the development opportunities we offer staff. We run an active crop technician apprenticeship scheme with currently 8 apprentices. We offer social activities for staff throughout the year.
