CCS is an independent, purpose‑driven not‑for‑profit that promotes responsible construction across the UK and Ireland. It exists to improve behaviour, build trust, and ensure construction benefits people, places, and the planet. For over 30 years, CCS has worked with industry and communities, using real lived experience to shape its standards. Through the Code of Considerate Practice, it sets expectations on community engagement, workforce wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, and provides independent assessments with clear, constructive feedback.
