Our team is purpose driven, constantly seeking ways to better serve our clients and communities. We foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and compassion, with a strong focus on staff development. We are governed by a committed board of trustees who volunteer their time to help us achieve our mission. Serving around 5,000 clients annually Refugee and Migrant Justice combines frontline support with advocacy for systemic change—making it not only a place of meaningful impact, but also a truly rewarding place to work.
