About Acorn Group
Company Overview
Our business provides specialist insurance for our customers. This covers mostly motor insurance but we also provide household insurance. We operate in the market of the 10% of the public who may struggle to get standard motor insurance due to multiple claims/convictions, taxi drivers, young drivers, commercial vehicles plus much more. We have our own claims division and brokerage under our group also with some smaller brands offering similar services.
The majority of our colleagues work within a contact centre environment/role which covers sales & service or handling claims but we do have large support teams including, tech, HR, marketing, pricing, compliance and projects.
