Brathay Trust

Brathay has a national reach, currently supporting over 8,000 young people each year from primary school age through to their early careers. Celebrating 80 years, Brathay is a pioneer of outdoor learning. Helping young people build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills through residential programmes in the Lake District and community-based youth work. Programmes combine hands-on active learning, mentoring, and coaching to unlock potential and inspire ambition. Brathay’s focus is simple: helping young people thrive, inspiring them to build their brighter futures. Building a healthy workplace culture is vital to this mission and is a Charity priority.
