RCP is a family run, UK based parking operator and parking management company based in the city of Norwich. The business was established in 1994 by Shapoor Naghshineh and has since grown from a small operation to provide more than 60 car park locations nationwide. RCP is currently managed by Shapoor and his daughter, Sarah Naghshineh. Our team of 39 staff are passionate about parking and committed to maximising the customer journey and the value of our clients' parking assets. Our business has become known for its customer centric approach, boosting revenues and maximise profits for both clients and customers.
