RCP are a family-run business that provides car park operator services throughout the UK. Founded by Shapoor Naghshineh in 1994 and run by him and his daughter, Sarah, Director, our employees provide great customer service to thousands of customers each year helping them to park and maintain the sites. Our office staff based in Norwich, help coordinate and support our core business activities with the aim of being passionate about parking, being effective and meeting expectations for our customers and clients by going the extra mile and doing what is right by the customer and the Company as our ethos.
