What inspires us

We offer a range of great benefits to everyone, regardless of your role. These include unlimited holidays, flexible working hours for everyone, health cash plan for things like eyecare, dentist, medical support, £50 each month to spend on development or wellbeing n for things like eyecare, dentist, medical support and we have dogs in the office.. we love dogs!

We try and get away each year for a Company Retreat  to reflect, relax, sit by the fireside and eat, drink and be merry - together.  

There is always something going on, whether that is socials, wellbeing week or events and lunch & learns. There is always something for everyone. 

We are also getting closer to our community by supporting our local foodbank. We often hold fundraising events in the office, do BIG food shops for them and even volunteer, whether that be our professional services or time at the foodbank warehouse sorting food.

Action highlights

As a people team we are always trying to improve and make the workplace a great place to be. We constantly ask for feedback on events we have held, listen to the team's feedback about what they feel they need and what they would benefit from. 

One thing that came out of the survey last year was being closer to our community. This is now happening with a cross dept group who are gaining relationships with our local foodbank. We do not believe we exist in this world alone and where possible, we like to give back our community and other charities, whether this be fundraising, events or volunteering. 

We're a small team but have big ambitions. We recently have introduced £50 a month for each employee to spend on either development or wellbeing. With the cost of living rising this has been really well received. Many employees were thinking of not doing the things that keep themselves fit - mentally and physically (eg gym) to cut back on their monthly outgoings, however they can still go now.
