About us

edison365 is a rapidly growing enterprise software business headquartered in the UK and US. Our end-to-end innovation and project delivery software helps companies listen to their employees and turn their ideas and projects into reality – whether that’s inventing groundbreaking new products or saving the planet.

We take this attitude into our own culture too; leading the way by making the switch to a four-day working week!

What defines us

We believe that business needs to wake up and change with the times. That’s why we always put people first – the way it should be. Everyone at edison365 has a say in what we do and how we do it.

We work in an exciting, fast-paced environment – no two weeks here will ever be the same. Our team members come from across the world, from many different walks of life. We are proud of our diversity, and the range of experiences and perspectives that our people have.

Innovation isn’t limited to our products. We continuously look for ways to improve the way we work and enable positive change. Experimentation and a growth-mindset is in our DNA. We also have a dedicated budget for training, so our people can broaden their skills and take their careers in exciting new directions.

What inspires us

We are inspired by the idea of creating a true work-life balance. We believe that a good job shouldn’t take over a rich and fulfilling life.

This is why we’re among the first companies in the UK to introduce a 32-hour, 4-day working week (with full pay!). Our core days are Tuesday to Thursday, meaning staff can take Monday or Friday off (or a half-day from each), and individual teams can work in a way that suits their needs.

Our teams can also work from wherever they want - thanks to our hybrid set-up - be that home, the office, or their favorite beach resort.

We tend to work remotely and have regular catch-ups as a team where we can all share our news, successes, and challenges. There’s also a big focus on meeting up and having fun together. Past socials have included learning to paint, canoeing down the Thames, and having a go at fencing.

Word from the top

“We are determined to make edison365 a workplace that is the envy of others; one that challenges the approaches of old and looks to champion innovative new thinking.

“The modern working environment needs to be a place where people enjoy their work, have plenty of time to spend on their own lives, and at the same time are well rewarded.

“I’m proud of what our team has achieved so far, and excited to see what the future holds for our organization.”

Application tips

First and foremost – be yourself! Tell us about who you are when you apply; we’re interested in you as a person as much as your skills and experience.

We love people who have broad, dynamic skillsets, and welcome those looking to switch careers!

Finally, as we work remotely, be prepared to have a virtual interview. Find yourself a nice, quiet place to chat, with a reliable internet connection, so we can get to know each other.
