Ongoing learning: We have a Learning Lounge where employees can develop their professional and personal interests. We are also proud of our apprentice and graduate programs, which have resulted in multiple examples of career progression.
Flexible policies to balance work and life: With our large number of remote-based employees, we have been operating on a hybrid model for years. We have set up comprehensive benefits and leave policies to capture a variety of needs.
Building community: We have a dedicated focus to inclusion, diversity, and belonging, and it’s brought to life through our ERGs. We give back to the community and collectively raised £42,000 last year.
