"Always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best customers" is a key strength we seek to maintain as an organisation. Every quarter we run performance reviews around 10 competencies and the results consistently demonstrate that we are well aligned across teams which is displayed by the average difference being only 1 point between the way employees score themselves and the way they are scored by management.

In addition to our team member quarterly reviews, we run 360 line management reviews. We recognise that in order to continue our success we must enable managers with learning and development and feedback opportunities to grow and be better. We know that if managers are demonstrating client satisfaction, leadership and coaching, passion for excellence, self-improvement and success of others/ teamworking, that our teams will be enabled to do their jobs and contribute to our success.
