At nCino we believe the key to maintaining a strong culture is empowering employees to think bigger, encouraging new ideas to promote innovation, providing employees with the resources and guidance to be successful, and most importantly, having fun while working hard.

Whether it's the celebration of a new customer along with the CEO, our annual kick-off where the whole company gathers under one roof to learn about our latest goals, mission and vision, our annual user conference where we encourage employees and customers to interact and learn from one another, or our quarterly All Hands meetings where executives share company updates and give employee awards, each employee is empowered to do their best work possible and truly own it.

Our day to day working environment encourages people to present their own ideas, bring their A-game on board, step-up, be ready to make an impact. All Senior Management encourages employees to be part of the company's growth and make a real impact.

When each employee is hired, they are told the story of an innovative start-up with a dynamic executive team that against all odds created a financial services product that exceeded any other competitor in the market. From a small town in North Carolina stemming from 5 employees, our initial story of how we started is ingrained in not only our culture but our day-to-day individual development. Our story has inspired each employee from their start date to their work anniversary to their eventual promotion.

We receive a high volume of applications daily for all our open roles across all our offices globally. First impressions are key in our Recruitment and Interview process. We are on the lookout for "winning resumes" that demonstrate candidates'  past experience/skills and their accomplishments. We strongly believe that past accomplishments demonstrate future successes! While you want to make the resume professional, you also want to put some of your own personality in it! 

In our Recruitment process, we appreciate candidates who prepare and can demonstrate that they’ve read up on the company and understand the organization's goals and culture. Make a clear connection between with the company needs and your specific skills and accomplishments, and you will leave us with a positive impression.
