What inspires us

We aim to provide an industry-leading benefits package and we invest in our teammates’ health and wellbeing. We believe it is important to have a set of Employee Value Proposition commitments which demonstrate that our company is a truly fulfilling place to work.

Celebrating success is important to us and we have a number of recognition schemes to reward our teammates. These include our Values programme which rewards teammates who have demonstrated the company values. And The President’s Summit Club which is an annual 4-day trip to an exclusive location to reward teammates for an exceptional year.

Fun and camaraderie are key to our culture and it is important for our teammates to have fun and feel motivated by their environment. In each of our offices we have breakout areas with pool tables, ping pong, retro games consoles, sofas and chill-out rooms with beanbags.

We have a dedicated ‘Social Committee’ in each office who arrange social activities, which often align with our charities to increase our fundraising efforts. All these events create a real buzz, which also increases teammate morale.

The Health and Wellbeing of our teammates is a key priority for us and we run numerous activities and initiatives that promote wellness through our dedicated wellness program #EnergiseWellness.

We are committed to promoting mental wellbeing and creating an open and supportive culture. We have invested in a range of initiatives to support teammates with mental health issues and provided Mental Health Workshops for managers as well as implementing Mental Health Support Peer Volunteers to assist teammates at work.

We run a Global Steps Challenge, which is a competition that brings together teammates from our locations worldwide in a race to complete the most steps over four weeks. There are lots of prizes to be won for a number of achievements, to ensure everyone has a fair chance to win.

We offer teammates two days per year away from the office to complete voluntary work in the community. This gives teammates a sense of belonging and achievement in the business and the community.

We recognise the pressures of maintaining a work-life balance, and promote flexibility by enabling an agile working culture and focus on how we can further

enhance the overall workplace experience.
