All selected applicants undergo a telephone interview, followed by a two-round interview process to identify their key strengths and attributes and also any barriers to success based on the answers provided.
During the second interview applicants are invited to spend half a day in the office to see how they interact with their prospective team, determine how engaged they are and to help them build a picture of what would be expected of them if they are employed by us. Key characteristics we look for are tenacity, resilience, enthusiasm, positive outlook, willingness to learn, a good team player and an air of confidence.
