As One Cadence—One Team, we executed on our strategy to launch over 20 new products in the last three years and to earn our tenth consecutive year of increasing revenue and our fourth consecutive year of record revenue despite a difficult macro-environment where the market shrank, competition was stronger, and quality demands were higher.

What inspires us

Our benefits package is vast, including generous pension and risk schemes, private medical and dental, subsidised gym reimbursement, cycle to work. A generous policy around social giving – giving employees 5 days paid volunteer time off and matching donations up to $1,000 per year. One of our greatest benefits is our flexibility. Our employees work incredibly hard and we trust them and in turn offer them increased flexibility. Be that around working hours, location or how they deliver their job. Our people appreciate our empathy and most importantly, we treat people as adults. We genuinely care about our employees when they are going through difficult situations. Whether employee or family has a health concern we really encourage them to concentrate on their health and get better. We love celebrating our successes in any way we can. During 2020 we partnered with our benefit providers to maintain engagement with our employees whilst working at home. Right from the start of the pandemic we have rolled out online webinars ranging from mental health/resilience, to remote work and leading others through difficult times. With our medical provider we rolled out many health and fitness workshops and with our pension provider we rolled out many initiatives around financial education. Our employees have told us how much they appreciate these sessions during these difficult times.
