Be Kind: 

A great example of this is our People Fund. The Baringa People Fund is a benefit to allow people to support and actively manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice. An allowance is given to all employees and there is no prescriptive list of what the fund can be used for, just that it be used to help manage wellbeing. 

Be Curious:

It is vital that we never stop learning. We offer every employee 10 learning points per financial year. These can be spent on anything from furthering personal development, to developing skills and capabilities, and increasing knowledge. 

Our curiosity drives us to solve these problems, but our kindness guides us – and together those things make us great.
