Great Place to Work^® Institute UK has been identifying Best Workplaces in the UK for the last five years. The UK's "Best Workplaces" list is published annually in the Financial Times Best Workplaces Special Report. The underlying concept behind the list is that by congratulating and highlighting best practice, other organisations will recognise the benefits of becoming a great workplace, gain an understanding of how to work towards this goal and ultimately be encouraged to follow suit.
