Great Place to Work^® Institute Japan has produced the first Best Companies for in Japan list. The 2007 list will be published in NIKKEI BUSINESS on February 19th 2007. Every year we publish the Best Companies list in 29 countries. The process of analysis, evaluation and selection is carried out for the publication of the List which is considered one of the most important and exhaustive workplace studies in the world. The publication of the list is the end result of the process of analysis and evaluation of the opinions of the employees and the corporate culture, that allows us to select the best companies to work for. Participating in the list is not just about winning, many organizations participate to learn and improve their workplaces.
