Mathew Hellela is a Senior Project Manager in our Client Services team. His role is to guide clients through the Best Workplaces Programme, particularly

the employee survey, making sure everything works smoothly and helping companies prepare their reports. 

A man of both Russian and Tanzanian descent, Mathew studied IT in Birmingham and prior to joining Great Place to Work® he worked at Novas Scarman Group where he helped the city's disadvantaged young people. Mathew has met the Queen, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and is soon to take part in the 3 Peak Challenge. He is a man of many talents and the sky is certainly not the limit!
