Dr. Lauren Krause is the UK's Head of Client Services, responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service.

Holding a Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Macquarie University in Australia, Lauren combines her strong client focus and communication skills with the ability to understand clients' needs and how best to deliver to them. As well as roles with EDF Energy, PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia and Canon Australia, specialising in Organisational Development, Lauren has also been a lecturer at Macquarie University.

Coming from sunny Australia, Lauren is already looking to escape the UK winter - by chasing the Northern Lights in Sweden. When asked what her most unusual/interesting story was, she instantly said 'being attacked by a Cheetah'. The fact that she lived to tell the tale, and Cheetah's are one of the fastest animals on earth, also suggests something about her ability to run fast... Lauren for Olympic Gold 2012??
